Couch: inspect both blankets, machine wash as needed; cover white parts of couch with blankets, no edges touching ground; ightly spray with febreeze or lysol.
Vaccum and straighten all rugs.
Robot vacuum: Dust robot; empty canister; put robot on charger and plugged in; place close to wall.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Move furniture to sweep and mop underneath: end tables, couches, chairs.
Stairwell: sweep and mop steps with hardwood safe cleaner; do not bleach; clean handrail.
Cameras: Ensure 4 cameras are plugged in; spot clean plate covers as needed.
Bathrooms
Follow all instructions under "Clean all rooms" section.
Move shower poles to the top of the ceiling, evenly on both sides.
Everything should be sparkling white: shower, shower liner, rug, towels.
Run water from nozzle and shower head to ensure water runs well, not clogged.
Ensure water drains without clogs; no pool of water or draining slowly. Use draino if so.
Flush toilet to ensure water runs well, not clogged and working.
Remove empty toilet paper rolls and replace with new / mostly new roll; paper flap should come above and down in front of roll so it is pulled from the top.
Toilet should not have a running water sound. Contact Amber if so.
Replace empty or nearly empty bottles with new bottles; labels showing front.
Inspect bathroom linens: machine wash and bleach if needed: shower liner, rugs.
Pull curtain, neatly to the right side, exposing shower and tub.
Lightly spray linens with lysol to disinfect.
Replace towels on all towels holders.
Throw out used bar soaps and replace with new, unused, boxed bar soap.
Fill up liquid soap dispenser and clean outer container.
Remove bag and trash. Replace with unused, small trash bag.
NO HAIR should remain.
NO WATER SPOTS on mirror.
Kitchen
Follow all instructions under "Clean all rooms" section.
Wipe down appliances inside/out, microwave, rotating plate, black plastic interface, tile backsplash
Clean counters: with soap and water only; no other chemicals.
Organize plateware, utensils, cookware in cabinets/drawers.
Wash any visibly dirty plateware/utensils, cutting board.
Clean coffee makers: dump existing water from canisters; wash canisters if used; remove used kcups; remove / wash bottom pieces of kuerig.
Dishwasher: empty dishwasher; remove particles at bottom; wipe down buttons and face.
Stove/Oven: Empty stove and oven of dishes; remove particles at bottom; wipe down; clean backsplash and hood
Toaster: Unplug and turn toaster upside down to empty brumbs; wipe down
Discard empty / open containers / food items left by guests in cabinets, drawers, freezer and fridge.
Run water from kitchen sink to ensure water runs well, not clogged.
Run sink disposal, clear out any debris.
Replace paper towel on all towel holders.
Throw out used sponges and replace with 1 new, unused sponge.
Fill up liquid soap dispenser.
Clean trash bin: Wipe down top to bottom; remove topper and clean inside.
Remove bag and trash. Replace with unused, trash bag.
Report any broken appliances: fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven.
Laundry
Wash and bleach bed linens, pillowcases, sheets, duvets, towels.
Wash and bleach as needed: bathroom rugs, shower linens.
DO NOT put out any linens left by last guest, even if it looks clean or unused.
DO NOT place out stained linens.
Washer and dryer: Dust; laundry items neatly; spot clean washer and dryer as needed.
Left items: check washer and dryer for left guest items; remove and bag in storage if so. Alert owner.
Balconies, decks, outdoor spaces
Sweep: dirt, spider webs, etc. from outdoor balcony ceilings, walls, and corners.
Spot clean: table, chairs, doors, door knobs, as needed.
Clean windows sills and window panes with windex and paper towels.
Locks: check outdoor outlets are locked; check 3 on exterior surrounding home.
Yard: (Use gloves) walk entire yard and discard debris or trash in yard; remove trash in fence; trash on sidewalk; close mailbox.
Trash bins leave on the front curb until city pickup; bring empty bins on dirt area behind driveway on property, not in the road; spot clean as needed.
Inventory check
4 bath towels, in each bathroom.
4 face towels, in each bathroom.
3 air beds, 1 in each closet, neatly positioned.
1 twin mattress neatly in master closet.
2 hair dryers; 1 in each bathroom upstairs.
1 toothpaste in each bathroom.
3 feminine pads in each bathroom.
1 roll toilet paper on toiler paper holder.
4 rolls textra extra toilet paper in each bathroom drawer.
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner in each bathroom.
Tea and coffee in kitchen.
3 trash bags in kitchen trash bin; 1 in the bin and 2 folded, hanging inside the bin.
4 of each utensils: spoons, forks, butter knives, cutting knives.
1 first aid kit (kitchen)
Replace light bulbs, batteries.
Position TVs close to wall facings beds and sitting areas.
Double check clocks are on and working.
Report Immediately
Report anything broken: fans, TVs, TV mounts.
Anything that is loosened that cannot be tightened.
Send photos of stained linens, discard and text to Amber.
Contact Amber if any bed frames are broken or unstable.
Check under bed for left items, take photos, send to Amber, and place in locked storage.
Report immediately any missing items or wall damage.
Report any fence, yard, outdoor area, house damage; illegal dumping to neighbors yard
Everything should work inside the home and outdoors.
Nothing should be broken and not reported.
AFTER CLEANING
Double check all rooms once all cleaning complete to ensure they match the photos.
Every room should smell good and clean, no odors anywhere.
Take 17 photos of each area once complete and send to Amber:

Spray bug spray: where base board edges meet the floor all upstairs and downstairs; around back edges inside sink cabinet.
Tighten any fixtures that are loose, shower poles
Use magic eraser to wipe away scuff marks on the wall lightly. Do not wipe too hard and remove paint.
Spot clean wall scuffs, bed scuffs, wall fixtures, rugs, tables, white board, desk.
Lightly lysol duvets, bed frames, wall fixtures, but not pillow cases.
Chairs: wipe down leather, fabric, and legs; pat dry; lint roll; lightly spray with lysol.
Pillows: spot clean as needed; fluff in dryer for 10 min if flat.
Table items: wipe down coasters; dust faux plants and table decor.
Modem: Dust; ensure white light is steady and on; check plug if not; position close to wall
Dust and wipe cabinets and drawers, inside and out, with wood safe cleaner.
Wipe down spices/items in cabinet; nothing clogged or sticky; labels showing front.
Spot clean shelves, inner door, handle and top of door.
Pour hot / soapy water for hard to clean areas; broom sweep soap and water on floors and steps.
